Teacher BioEvery practice with Jenay begins with a philosophical discussion (Dharma Talk). Asana sequences will vary dependent upon participation. Individual requests are expected and will be honored. Vinyasa in the style of Jivamukti with alignment cues drawing from the Iyengar lineage and Western Physical Therapy. Expect to receive specific alignment suggestions for movement as well as specific breath direction. Each practice ends with intentional focus and relaxation.
